Training:
Some of the previous education and training I have run is covering theory in emotional intelligence, trauma-informed theory, wellbeing, inclusion, conflict resolution, interpersonal skills, leading change and collaborative skills. It can also be catered to the particular theory/training you are after.

Delivery:
There are many different forms of delivery to your staff that I offer. All delivery of skills involves the unpacking of theory with practical activities and discussion, drawing on my extensive university lecturing experience.
There is another level of delivery that involves my PhD work which uses drama-based simulation to unpack the theory. These are specific scenes that are written and performed by actors to support the unpacking of theory. There are pre-recorded and live options to this delivery.
